Towing of the vehicle up to Php 4,000 or 50 kms. to the nearest Kia authorized workshop service workshop
Removal of the covered vehicle using crane (if needed) to the nearest Kia authorized workshop service provider.
Minor on-site repair services
· battery boosting
· tire change
· fuel delivery (cost of fuel will be paid by the customer)
Customers are entitled to three (3) events per year.
No limit on the number of towing services in case of road accidents with the customer’s vehicle.
Vehicle will always be delivered to the nearest authorized Kia workshop service provider.
Reimbursement on Hotel Accommodation or Travelling Expenses
Provision of alternate means of transportation up to Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000) to return the Client / Usual Driver to the original destination provided the distance of the intended destination from the place of breakdown does not exceed the distance from the place of breakdown to the Usual Place of Residence, if the Vehicle cannot be repaired within forty eight (48) hours following the breakdown or;
Payment for traveling expenses up to Two Thousand Pesos (Php2,000) incurred in returning the Client / Usual Driver to the Usual Place of Residence if the Vehicle cannot be repaired within forty eight (48) hours following the breakdown.
Relay of Urgent Message
At the request of the Client, KIA C.A.R.E. will arrange to convey urgent or very important messages relating to the event.
In the event of an accident involving the Vehicle, upon the request of the Client, KIA C.A.R.E. will coordinate with the necessary agencies (Police, TMG, MMDA) to assist the Client.
